I'll be thinking of you and Tess and hoping that it's nothing and just down from teething. I completely understand how worried sick they can make with even with the smallest of things. Sending you a ton of hugs and good thoughts.

ETA... now I've thought about it, Amelia did something very similar yesterday while just sat playing. She tilted her head to one side and was just shaking her head from side to side and then was being sick most of the evening with like a thick mucus which I put down to her just having a bit of a runny nose yesterday and the excess saliva from her teething.
