Best suggestion...go into your room, sit on the floor with your back against your bed, legs crossed and breath in and out, very deeply for about 5 solid minutes. Don't get up right away, just sit there for another couple of minutes and stretch in position. Trust me, you will feel a whole lot calmer and less stressed. Hope your day gets better!
