I did have a can of mighty dog food that I opened and she ate some of it. I have brought her to work with me so I could keep an eye on her, so on our way home I will swing by the pet store and see if they have Wellness canned food. I don't like the idea of changing her food around especially seeing that she does not feel well but I have to have something that she will eat..
Did they do any blood work or anything? Or fecal tests?

I don't know if I'd feed her another food until her poo firms up/tummy settles. I think instead I'd grab some canned/sliced or fresh potatoes (and canned pumpkin) and give her some mashed potatoes with a bit of butter - potatoes can help settle the tummy, give her instant energy, and are easy to digest. Maybe hold off on the dog food until she settles a bit.
