I got 2 of those, the table and the collar one.
It did miracle on my Hungarian Vizsla dog years ago. He stop barking totally it was great.
But if you have more then one dog,it is a different story now. I got 5 yorkies. So The noise will start when ever one of them bark..
so they won't related the bark with the noise...
I think it is good only if you have ONE dog...
I was in your situation too.. I got a letter of eviction for my pet!!
So I sold my condo and bought a Townhouse with a small backyard and a basement for the dog.
You can put the tv/radio really loud before you leave the home, It help.
Doggy day care is an other good option..
