Beth. Welcome. Just to help you out. There is no such thing as a teacup or toy. These are both words breeders use as a ploy to charge higher prices. There are only standard Yorkies which in their own right are small 5-7 lbs. You do find smaller just as you will find larger as well. If you are interested in adopting please check out Petfinder.com: Adopt a pet and help an animal shelter rescue a puppy or kitten.. type in your zip and yorkie and it will pull up all the available yorkies in your area. I found my 13 week old on petfinder she is now 14 months old. She is smaller then standard at 3.5 lbs. I am now awaiting approval to adopt a 12 week old I just found. The adoption fees usually are around $400-$500 and that includes their vetting, shots and in most cases spay or neuter. Also just so you know unless you adopt an older / young yorkie (A year or more old) there is no guarantee how big or small they will be. A good breeder can only guestamate the size that pup will be an adult. Also try a yorkie rescue. Good luck. Elaine
