Well...this is a money site. She has also used lots of keywords throughout the site, and in my opinion, this is done only to aquire first position in search engines, which she has acheived. Just type in the word Yorkies and you will see she has the number one spot.
The site is about size and money. Money and size. $$ and teacups. Throughout the whole entire page.
