Hi everyone i been having problems trying to walk my dog. it seems like he is very scared of the leash and when i take him outside for a walk he just sits down and does not walk. Does anyone know a good solution to get it to start walking? he is extremely hyper indoors and never sits tight. he jumps all over hte place. But when he is outside he doesn't even want to move and like to be carried. he is 6 months old.
