When Layla was little she used to chew on everything too, and of course I couldn't always be there to say NO! So I started using clear deodorant on the things she was chewing... baseboards, table legs, etc. You can't see it, but it's there. She couldn't stand the taste so she left it alone. And now she just knows not to chew on things like that.
