Yay, Suzi! The vomiting was especially serious only in conjunction with no bowel movements. I'm so glad she had one. I think you would be wise to keep a poop journal for the next week and write the time, and amount, amount meaning normal, less than normal. If she is going less than once a day, or even less than her usual amount and her appetite is less than normal, a partial obstruction could still be possible. I also would be looking for Styrofoam in her poop. Hope all goes well.
