I don't think that she is pre-say a puppymill but she has quite a few dogs for one person. I looked at her older female/males and I wish I could take them. Izzy is 4lbs. and I can't say that I would breed her because I think it would be too hard on her because she reminds me of a puppy so much (and because she is mommy's lil girl
) But, I don't think breeding them at such a small weight is bad I just couldn't do it to my baby.
