I signed your guest book. Great sight. Very professional. I wouldn't change a thing. But if you wanted to further set your mind at ease on the new potential owners, on your application you could also include things like:
What would you do if your new puppy chewed your shoes?
or
What would you do if the pup had an "accident" in the floor instead of using the piddle pad?
This is just a suggestion. Questions like these were on one of my application I think your site if great. I think you spect out everything perfectly and what you expect from your potential new owners and what they can expect from you. BRAVO!
