My 5 yr old is getting tubes put in his ears this morning. I'm not nervous about the procedure itself only the part of him being put under for it to be done. He doesn't react well to anesthesia.
He's had fluid built up for awhile now and it's only gotten worse with treatment, so this is our hope that it will relieve him of some pressure and let him hear better. He's deaf on his left side from a birth defect but in addition to that, he can barely hear out of his right.
anyways, I'm babbling. Good thoughts would be greatly appreciated today
thanks
