It's about time responsibilty for the tragedy is accepted and acknowledged rather than people just pointing fingers. It's necessary to find the root of the problem in instances such as the Hurricane Katrina recovery to ensure that something like this never happens again. Now, those that need to can re-evaluate their response plans to major disasters and the rest of the country can only hope we fare better the next time around.
