I have a 3 month old yorkie too and she does the same thing. We just say "OUCH" really loud, tell her "no bite" and put a teething toy in her mouth. She then starts happily chewing on that instead of us. I got the cutest bone shaped teething toy at target. She loves it. Good Luck.
