can i ask why it is not allowed?

i actually never knew it wasnt..i would have assumed it was ok..since we are allowed to advertise puppies..and when breeding has occured and selling adults and rescues whats wrong with looking for a stud? this would be THE BEST place to look for a yorkie stud...with THE BEST people..

im just curious not trying to start a debate or anything
