Default Help Needed

Does anyone have any ideas~? I called the Emergency Room a bit ago. They told me that I should get him to eat something, even if it is wet food. He turned his nose away from it and an ice cube....his favorite. Any idea what can be wrong~? If I take him to the Emergency Room, it is about $200...I did once since he choked on his food.
