You could also have your boy in anther room. Every time he does the behavior act fast. Remove him , and put him in a diiferent room. Then after a few min. let him out. If he does it again repeat the action. Keep doing this over and over until he learns not to. Then praise him and reward him with a small treat.
He should not ever be biting your younger sisters, or anyone.
