Pebbles had 2 double teeth and they were removed when she was spayed. One was right in the front and the adult tooth never moved into the correct spot~not she has a gap.
I believe the teeth are usually removed during the spay/neuter so they do not have to be put under twice. If I remember correctly it was very minimal only a few dollars per tooth and would probably cost more to go back for the anesthesia to have them removed later.
