You took quite a chance on not taking him to the vet. Just because he seems better now does not mean that the cause has been fixed. If you can't afford the vet bills then PLEASE contact a local reputable Yorkie rescue and surrender him to them so that he gets the care he may need now or later. What's going to change to make you more finacially secure to be able to vet him, groom him etc. I'm sorry but I get very upset when I read things like this. Emergencies do happen and yes sometimes at a time when money is tight but then you do what is in the dog's best interest not yours and you certainly do not think about breeding when you can't afford what you have now. I agree. And if you plan to breed, how are you going to afford a c section if she needs one. NOT getting these dogs medical care is putting them right back into the same situation that you rescued them from. That is the situatioln where they were just puppy machines that did not get medical attention.
How old are these dogs. If they came from a puppy mill the kindest thing would be to spay/neuter then and let them be loving pets.
if you love them you will do what is best for them.
