Mine mostly sleep through the night. If something wakes them up (storm, me getting up, the sun
) they want to go out, but otherwise they sleep. Loki wanted to go out at least once a night until he was like a year old. Sammy was 10 month old when we got her and she pretty much sleeps through the night. Anyway, it should get better but at least he is waking you up to go out! We always let them out if they ask, otherwise they ring their bell, bark, stand on my chest, etc. so it's easier to just let them out and then everyone can go right back to sleep.
I can't wait until can have a doggie door!
