I can tell you that we had the same problem. We have crate trained from the beginning. Bigos is now 5mths old. Around a month ago he started waking us up every 2 hours throughout the night. We would let him out and he would pee everytime. It was a relief that he at least he wanted to pee, but that got old and very exhausting. I know people advise against it but we finally gave in and tried to have sleep with us. This acutely worked. We let him out at 1030pm and he sleeps between me and my husband until 5am. Its acutely a great bonding experience. Hope you can get some sleep
