I was having the same prolbem just a couple of days ago. If you go to their website
www.naturapet.com they have a Store Locator that will tell you what stores in your area carry their products. I also read on their site that they prefer to support the smaller pet stores rather than the big chains. So there was only about 5 small pet stores here in Ottawa that actually carried their products! Hope that helps
