Sale is contingent on Full Veterinary Approval within ___96____hours, and healthy bile acid test results under 25 at ten weeks of age. If this pure bred dog does not have your veterinarian's approval, please return to breeder/seller's premises with the period of time designated above for a full refund. If this dog develops a serious hereditary disease, with the exception of luxating patellas which cannot be guaranteed on any toy dog as injuries are common similar to a trick knee on a football player, or trachea problems which can be the result of careless intubation or severe bronchitis, specifically, but not limited to legg perthes (one year guarantee) or hereditary liver shunt, (five year guarantee) a full refund or, another puppy, shall be given as a replacement whichever is mutually agreeable. (To further elaborate Buyer may choose to keep the dog and get a full refund/or another puppy when available, and be responsible for the medical correction of the dog).

To the best of my knowledge, this pure bred dog is in good healthy condition with the following exceptions:

Medical History Veterinary receipts are included and show that this puppy/dog is current with its vaccinations for its age. This puppy has been wormed (If applicable) ________ times.
Have your veterinarian check the puppy teeth at 8-11 months to remove the retained puppy teeth. This breeder prefers NOT TO USE LEPTO in puppy shots. This breeders VETERINARIAN prefers to use Isoflurane, or Sevoflurane, gas anesthesia if surgery is required. Injectables must be used only with great care and breeder assumes no liabilities for consequences when an injectable anesthesia is used, and the veterinarian is to use care in intubating this toy dog so as not to damage the trachea by using a tube that is too big.

THIS BREEDER WILL REPLACE THIS DOG IF IT DIES DUE TO ANY HEREDITARY PROBLEMS IF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE MET.
Buyer must consult with Breeder within 24 hours of any illness and follow advice of Breeders Veterinarian. Buyer must have any autopsy performed by the Breeder's Veterinarian or Breeder's Vet of choice within 24 hours of death. Under no circumstances is Seller to be held responsible for medical services not authorized by the Seller.

This breeder does not sell to homes that have children under the age of 8, or any other dogs over 15 pounds living in the house.

Any inhumane or abusive treatment of said puppy/adult will result in immediate termination of rights of buyer and puppy/adult will be returned to the possession of the breeder, without compensation. Buyer will be responsible for any legal fees and/or court costs that may be made during the repossession of said puppy/adult. Any breech of this contract, by the buyer, can result in a penalty of $5000.00, payable to the breeder, in addition to legal fees and court costs.

It is mutually understood and agreed any that any litigation issues regarding this sale shall be brought about in the County and State where the Breeder/Seller resides.

Breeder/Seller and Buyer certify by signing this bill of sale that this dog is not sold for resale purposes and that the breeder will be notified if it is necessary for this dog to change hands for any reason and the right of first refusal will be given to the breeder/seller.
