Gizmo was let out of the hotel room by the cleaning lady I guess. Came back from the store and he was in the parking lot limping..his little knee is all tore up like a kid that fell off his bike. He either fell down the stairs or a car hit him in the parking lot. Dad checked him out and it's not broken but he's all banged up. He let me trim the hair around it and I put peroxide and Neosporin. I gave him his meds he takes for storms and he is resting. What is safe to give him for pain?
He weighs 11 pounds. There are NO vets aound here and roads are bumper to bumper with evacuees streaming in from houston. I feel so bad for him. I feel like going down there and hurting someone. They barely speak english so no use.
