Wow, I'll bet you are excited, I have found that older dogs are very easy to house train, I would want to get a dog that age fixed as soon as possible because of "marking". Many people think marking is peeing, and it's not the same thing. A dog marks it's territory to give off his scent for other dogs. It's like a calling card. Unneutered males have a much stronger odor than neutered males, and if fixed soon enough won't mark in the house. Most male dogs will mark outside, but dog owners don't mind this, it's the marking inside that people hate, and many people confuse this with peeing.


Congratulations, on whatever you decide, it looks like that breeder has some beautiful dogs.
