Thanks for the warm welcome and concern.
Bruiser's name comes from LEGALLY BLONDE (my partner loves the flick...and he always said if he had a small dog he would name it Bruiser). Of course, she does live up to the name usually...wrestling our cats, going all guard dog when animals or strangers walk by the house, not just asking for but demanding attention. And we love her for it immensely! :-)
