The suggestions here have been great. Here are a couple other possibles:
* Nutrical. I always travel with this because you never know when they're going to get nervous in strange surroundings.
* Food. If they are on a special diet or hard-to-find food, make sure you have plenty so you don't have to change their diets.

Yes, the Nutrical is a very good idea. I would also take a gallon of water from home for the dogs to drink. Dogs often get an upset stomach from drinking water they're not used to. That'd be one less thing to upset their stomach. They'll probably pick up on your stress and be a little nervous anyway.

I hope your trip goes safely and the hurricane loses strength before it hits land. Hope you can turn your evacuation into a mini vacation and enjoy yourself with your mom and the dogs! Be safe!
