The car washes out here have them. My husband really got a kick out of it as we had never seen them until we moved here. It actually makes sense for people who hunt or are out with the dogs. Get the truck done and get the dog washed before you head home!
I actually saw a line of pet waiting to take their turn and it was early spring and still pretty chilly outside.
