I wish I could offer you some more help other than to say your baby needs vet care right away. The symptoms your describing are a serious issue. You have been given alot of great advice by the above posters. If you cannot properly care for your baby then you might have to surrender him so he can receive the vet care he needs. I suggest talking to a local vet about payment plans first and explain to them the seriousness of his issues. |
