You need to take your dog to the vet. Find an emergency vet in your area and go RIGHT NOW! Talk to the receptionist and the vet - explain to them that you cannot afford it but your dog MUST be seen! They will probably try to work out a payment plan for you. If you absolutely can't take your dog to the vet at all, I second the suggestion of signing him over. Your dog needs help NOW and if you can't provide it then he needs to go somewhere where it can be provided for him. You need to be completley unselfish right now and do what is best for your dog out of love for him, and if that means signing him over to a place that can help him, that's what you need to do. I swear I'm not trying to be mean to you or hurt your feelings, but this isn't even an option right now...your dog MUST be seen by a veternarian.
