The only way your dog has a chance, is to take it to the vet. Tell the vet that you don't have any money, and maybe they can offer you a payment plan. Otherwise, I would suggest surrendering your dog to a rescue that can give it the urgent care that it needs. I know you love your dog, but you need to do what is best for him!
