Jimmie is the house cleaner, domestic one in the family. I am pretty lazy to start with and very domestically challenged. I was ok with the old one once he showed me how to use it. It would get to filling up and would not stop so it would overflow if you used big loads. Once I figured out how to stop it I was like ok, just use the small load cycle. This was def his idea to get it.
