Seeing you have no lease you really don't owe or have to
go into great detail as to why your leaving. I would just
say I found something that is going to work out better
financially and is closer and that is not a lie. If the woman
pushes you I personally would not hesitate to explain how
you weren't raised like a slob and that the living conditions
are pretty crappy. Good luck to you though it sounds like
in the long run you are going to be way better off and so
is your furbaby.
