Exclamation He pee'd on her!

Mascot is nearly a year old now and is housebroken. He doesn't have accidents indoors. My friend came over about an hr ago to pick up her small children and Mascot jumped up on the couch to give her love and when he got in her lap he pee'd on her! It wasn't a sprinkle like when he marks every pole we pass on our walks. It was a full pee in her lap. He must've emptied his bladder. She never gave him any reason for excited pee pee ( I read about that). And I have only seen him excited pee pee once. She didn't have the high pitched voice baby talk anything. SHe was just asking how her kids were while she was gone and he wee'd on her! I had to give her some clothes to wear home. Could it have been becasue he smelled her dog on her? Was he marking her? Isn't marking just a spritz of pee? He was neutered about a month and a half ago. It isn't a problem. He has only done it this 1 time, but I was only curious as to why he would relieve his bladder on her. Any thoughts from you brilliant yorkie owners?
