One thing I do admire about you is that I truly think you're a breeder who does care what happens to the offspring you produce. However, from reading some of your posts, it seems that you have found it extremely difficult to place your mixed breed dog. This to me is where the problem lies. Not every breeder cares about finding a good home for their dogs, and will sell them to anyone, and most people just can't afford to keep all the offspring that their dogs produce, so what happens when they can't sell, and can't keep a dog, they lower their standards, and eventually start selling to people who aren't suitable pet owners. In truth, it's still easier to place a full breed than a mixed breed.
