If someone is affectionately describing their own dog or someone else's dog with the word "teacup" then it's fine, but I think it's used so much as a money making tactic that people that know better freak out when they hear the word. 99% of the time though when there is an advertisement that says "teacup" they are ONLY using it to make money... or they are dense and really think there is a seperate category of pup... and if your breeding dogs, I'd hope they'd know the difference.
As much as I wish that I live in Flordia... I don't... I live in Leesburg, VA which is about 45 minutes from D.C.
