I'm sorry you're frusrated. She's still really young..she doesn't understand yet - it's like having a new born baby, you need to have a LOT of patience. They say the best thing to do is ignore the mistakes and praise like CRAZY when she does something right.
as far as training come, keep her on a leash when you're doing it. Give a small tug everytime you tell her to come.
Everything with training is about praising like CRAZY when they do it right. She'll get it eventually, it's just gonna take some time!
