Take a fecal sample and have it tested for coccidia.It doesn't always show up in every stool sample, but treating it for coccidia won't hurt. It's an amoeba that most pups carry but it only shows it face during times of stress, i.e., moving to a new home. A 10 day treatment of Albon should clear it up. You may want to feed it boiled chicken & rice until the diarrhea is gone.
