Avoid UPS like the plague!!! Even if the seller marks a low value on the customs form, UPS insanely rips you off with brokerage fees! Yes, shipping costs for the actual package might not be too high, but once it arrives, be prepared to fork out a lot more money than you have to. I've heard of people buying items worth $40 and having to pay an extra $50-$60 for customs and brokerage fees I once had a package marked $20 and UPS charged me around $25 in fees, so I ended up paying $45 for an item that I bought for $20. Fedex is pretty much the same, although I believe their brokerage fees are slightly lower than UPS. The best way to go is USPS. If you want it faster and want tracking, have the seller ship it Express.
