I got this from an old friend. I don't know if it's the same product but my e-mail says panacur?? I think she gave me that formula for this product - SafeGuard #38-500-Z I don't really remember since I never used it.

Panacur dosage formula

X= body weight

X divided by 2.2= Kg

Kg X 50= mg

mg divided by 100= the dose in ml/cc

note: to convert ounces of body weight divide ounces by 16
example = pup weighs 1# 3 ounces
3 divided by 16= .1875

so pup weighs 1.1875

* panacur for 3 days and then again 21 days from first day for 3 more days
