I look at it this way, the breeder has taken the time to clean up their babies and make them adorable. To me, it shows that they are taken care of. My breeder did and does the same thing when she advertises her babies. I didn't buy Jezebel & Royal from her because they had bows and smelled nice, I bought them because they were exactly what I wanted. Buyer beware, do your homework. It just depends. I am sure there are some good breeders that do it however one I was really interested in ended up being Wizard of Claws. They are notorious for selling sick pups. So youve got to research the breeder
