I figured they do that just to prove that these little guys are so tiny. I have seen 12 oz. soda cans right next to the puppy too.
People still think that size is the most important factor in buying a puppy .especially the toy breeds where it is emphasized. If a person wants something that tiny, then look into getting a hamster !
