My boy Timmy is the same way....he's 2 yrs old. He just wants everyone to touch him...he needs attention...I guess he thinks he doesn't get enough at home
He also wants to play with every other dog. I just walk the other way when he starts to act like that and he calms down. Then he's got this bark that gets right in your ears....like screeeetttccchhhhh. Drives me nuts
but I love him and he's definately a momma's boy.
