Just thought I would mention that I took your advice and mailed a tip in a nice thank you card, along with a note telling them how much I appreciated the job they did with Pepper. When I called this morning, he told me how nice it was for me to do this. Usually he is hard to get into, but this morning he asked me what day would be good for me. I am not sure if the card and tip did that or not, but I will not forget to tip again. Thanks for the advice.
