I just wanted to add (although it's not really directed at the OP because it's not about shipping) is that Shana is a total sweetie to work with. One time I received a bunch of stuff that didn't fit right -- not sure why. Probably because Tia put on wieght lol and Shana sent me an entire brand new order (everything hand made) for FREE! She is unbelieveably kind and caring when it comes to her customers.
Shana already knows that I am a lifetime member of her fan club. We're going to start working on Cali's winter wardrobe soon and I can't wait to see what she has in mind for that! Shana, Cali says woof woof hello lol
