I'd guess the first pic is at about 2-3 weeks old....the 2nd picture looks closer to a 9 week old. The third picture you posted resembles the first; maybe a week or two older.
But there is no way that the first picture is of a 9 week old yorkie puppy. IMO

Here's a picture of one of my little guys at 9 weeks...he's almost a year now and weighs about 4 lbs.
