 Yorkie coughs
This is my first posting ever. I have Sadie who is almost 6 months old. She came to me with kennel cough which was treated twice with antibiotics and seemed to completely clear up. A couple of weeks later, she began coughing sporadically. It mostly happens when she gets excited or at night in her crate. The vet wants to do an xray and cultures which means putting her under and I really would like to avoid that. I know small dogs have sensitive trachea, but is there any other solution anyone has heard of. Has anyone experienced this problem? It's not a constant thing, but it does go on pretty often throughout the day. |
