I wouldn't be to quick to judge. It is quite possible that the little guy was not "thrown" away but rather get loose and somehow ended up in a dumpster and that some heart sick owner is going crazy. I guess that I have a different view since my granddaughter's yorkie, Blitzen, has been missing for 2 years this weekend.
