You need to write a letter to your credit card company disputing the charges. Include a copy of your statement and list those items in dispute. You need to call and speak with the fraud department. If you can't get through to that department, get back with customer no service and tell them to either issue you a new account number or close your account entirely. Most important is things need to be put in writing. Then you have a paper trail should something more need to be done. I'm surprised your credit card company is taking this so lightly, usually they are on top of fraud before you are even aware. Good luck.
