Not true actually, splitters are bred for specific reasons. A splitter is created by breeding a Biewer and a Yorkie and a splitter is bred to expand on the blood lines, bring in better traits like say...smaller ears, rich colors and a silkier coat. A splitter is a Biewer x Yorkie...anyone with anything other than that who calls it a splitter is just trying to cash in on the Biewer name.
